Rates
"Couple" rates are per cabin for one or two adults, assuming one bed; if an additional bed is needed for two people, add $15. Please add 7% for lodging tax. There is a 10% discount on stays of five days or more.
There is no charge to use our common facilities, but we will add a service surcharge from $100 to $500 each day depending on the event, number of people, and the level of managing, set-up and clean-up you require. This also includes beverages, including coffee, teas, hot chocolate, fruit juices, fruit, popcorn and chocolate kisses at any time, plus soft drinks if you desire. Normally there is no charge for the last day since we take care of breakfast for your group. If you are planning a small wedding here, please see our weddings page for charges.
If you have a small group that does not use all the cabins, use of the common facilities must be shared with all guests. Use of the Guest Hall and deck for meetings must be scheduled, and your guests must be mindful of noise and space issues. We can set up meeting areas in the grounds and we strongly suggest using the large cabin for meetings as well.
Reservations & Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required when making reservations. For cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date, we will refund half your deposit. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days before arrival date. Group rate will not change due to individual cancellations less than 7 days before the event.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
Checkin and Policies
Checkin is at 3pm, checkout at 11am. Please ask if you would like to arrive early or leave late. No pets please. Children over the age of 13 are welcome. However, if you take the entire property we will consider mature children 8 or older and we'll accept infants if they are not yet out of the crib. No pets and no smoking anywhere on the property. And, please avoid perfumes and colognes in interior spaces and do not use incense in the cabins – the scents linger and many guests are allergic.
