Annwyn, cabin 3, is named after the Celtic legend. Annwyn is a realm where all things are possible and is not bound by the constraints of time nor space. It is the source of Celtic wisdom and the place where great deeds can be accomplished.
Annwyn gets good ambient light and feels like a small, stylish craftsman home.
Larger than the others, approximately 500 sf, with a separate bedroom and an extended livingroom, which can be separated by sliding doors. It has a lovely old Vermont Castings woodburning stove (Note: it is not airtight like contemporary stoves, so if you are sensitive to even the faint the smell of a woodburning stove, you might pick a different cabin) - we provide the wood and starter sticks). It is also slightly secluded from the other cabins. This makes Annwyn perfect for an extended stay, honeymoon suite or as a leader’s cabin of a small group.
The living area is a spacious 14' x 22' and is a comfortable, private place for meetings on a small scale. It has a stylish, roomy bathroom accessible from both rooms, with a large, walk-in slate shower. It has a top-of-the-line pillow-top Simmons queen-sized bed, a LazyBoy sofa bed (very comfortable) and two Lane Snugglers - plush loveseats that unfold to become twin beds, with a foam topper on the mattress. It can sleep six*. It has a small refrigerator (stocked with a special WildSpring Nalgene water bottle), an LED TV/DVD combo (movies only - with a free library of over 650 DVDs in the Guest Hall) and a Sony CD/iPod stereo.

* The cabin will sleep 6, but with all the beds pulled out, it will feel a bit crowded. And, you will have to space your showers (one water heater will have a challenge handling 6 showers in a row...). We just want you to be aware of this. |
